Misc pictures

Here are some misc pictures that I found when I was e-mailing the boat ones to the e-mail from Andy's phone. Some are from Chase when he was little, and Alyssa taking pictures of herself. There is one of Maddie wearing Blake's cowboy hat that he got for his birthday.

July 4th

So we went out on the lake for the 4th of July. We like to take my family out on the boat and the wave runners. It is always really fun. This year we also took some friends with us. We had a great time. We mostly did tubing, my cousin did try to water ski for the first time and got up the first time. I did take pictures with Andy's cell phone so I will make sure that I get them posted. We also tried to lose our keys and our wedding rings in the bottom of Utah Lake. Thanks to Tyler we found them. I had handed the keys and the pump to blow up the tube to my cousin, and he put the keys in Tyler's hat, well Tyler didn't know that they were there and went to put his hat on as he got off the boat onto the dock, well that is when the keys fell into the lake. We had put our rings on the keyring so that we wouldn't lose them. The only other bad thing besides everything fell in, is that it wasn't our keys it was Andy's older brothers key, because we borrowed his truck to take the boat down. But Tyler was brave and went into the lake to get them. Thanks again for getting them. We ate lots of food, and had a great time. The only other bad part was that somehow my shoulders got missed or had little sunscreen on them and yea they are almost purple and have lots of blisters. (Not Fun!!!!) The kids also liked to boat alot. I think that if Blake could have figure out how to drive he would have. We look forward to doing it again next year. We have to get my family used to a boat somehow.

Busy and Updates

Sorry I haven't updated in awhile things have been really busy around here. Lyssa graduated from preschool, she is so excited to go to kindergarten. She keeps asking everyday when she can go. Chase moved on to the 4 yr old preschool class. Blake keeps asking when he gets to go. Madelyn is 10 months now. She is getting so big. Andy is keeping busy at work. I have been really busy this month with work, and pampered chef, I usually only do 2 parties a month, this month I had 7. I do have a couple of pictures that we took with the cell phone. I just went to Washington last week for a my Dad's Uncle Funeral. It was in Seattle. It was fun to just go with Madelyn and my Mom and Dad. I got to see all of my Aunts, Uncles, and Grandparents. My Mom and I flew out at 7 am Tuesday morning because that is the only flight that we could get on, and then my Dad and Uncle Jim flew out at 3 pm. Madelyn had a great time on the plane, she feel asleep before we took off, and then woke up almost at the end of the flight. Can I just tell you that when you have a stroller that the Seattle airport is way confusing!!!! We saw places of that airport I have never seen before. Uncle Dave come and got us and so we got to spend some time with Dave and Joyce, then Grandma and Grandpa came and got us, and we dropped Grandma off to go get her hair done. We had Grandpa time, we got to go get breakfast with him, and then spend some time with him. He even was a good sport and took us to the Fred Meyers, so that we could get some things. Then we went to the hotel and My Aunt Jo Anne come in. It was soooo good to see my Aunts and Uncles that I haven't seen in awhile. We spent time talking and then went to lunch. Then we went over to my Dad's Aunt Vicky's house and got to see my second cousin that I haven't seen in forever. See all of the kids and babies. My Dad and Jim got lost on there way. Plus it was rush hour traffic there. We finally found them. Then we went back to the hotel to go to bed. The next morning we all got up and went to Denny's for breakfast. We sure confused the server. I felt bad because we were everywhere. Then we headed to the funeral. It was Sad that we got together for Uncle Glenn's funeral. It was a very nice service. I was really glad that I got to go up there to see everyone and give my support to the family. We went to the luncheon and then we went back to the hotel for awhile. Dad and the guys all went to see the transformers movie, and the girls just stayed and talked. We all went to Applebees for dinner, and most of us had to leave the next day. Thursday we got up and our flight didn't leave until the late afternoon, so we went to the Pier, saw the space needle, we tried to go on a cruise of the Puget Sound, but it would get us back too late to make our flight. We also got to go to Ivar's Restaurant. It was sooo good to have clam chowder. Then we flew home. Madelyn didn't do so well on the flight home. She was all over the place and not happy to be held. We did end up getting back home, our plane was an hour late getting in.
